Booking
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Ask the front desk for early check-in or late check-out — it depends on availability.
Do I need to pay when I book?
Most rooms can be booked with pay-at-hotel. During busy dates we may ask for a small advance by bKash, Nagad or card to guarantee your room.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in from your booking page. To change dates, contact us and we will update your booking.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included with the suites and many offers. You can add breakfast to any room while booking or at the hotel.
Stay
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, fast Wi-Fi is free in every room and in all public areas.
Do you have parking?
Free secure parking is available for guests. Valet parking is available on request.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. Add "Airport pickup" while booking or tell us your flight number and we will meet you at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Children up to 11 years stay at the child rate; cots and extra beds are available on request.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, bKash, Nagad and bank transfer. You receive a VAT invoice with every stay.
Is VAT included in the price?
Room prices are shown before the 10% service charge and 15% VAT; the total you see at booking includes both.
